Our COO Borja Soriano was invited on behalf of WoHo Systems to be a part of the Proptech forum organized by Deloitte. We are glad to have shared our perspectives, concerns and also address current challenges in the real estate sector, along with a group of other innovative companies. It was also an opportunity for us to collaborate on strategies to develop the digital transformations in the future of the proptech sector.
WoHo Systems for a design competition in Tirana, Albania
WoHo was part of a design proposal for a mixed-use development in Tirana, for a competition hosted by USLUGA. The proposal brings together urban and landscape qualities to build a state-of-the-art cultural platform for living, working, and coming together in different ways. Special attention is paid to the ecology of the project, both during the construction and operation of the building. Environmental and material performance are carefully designed to balance quality, cost, and sustainability, in both short and long terms; and a strategy of standardization of building components and off-site fabrication is conceived to enable circularity.
WoHo in collaboration with TÜV SÜD
We are happy to announce our collaboration with TÜV SÜD, a community of experts that are passionate about technology and how it improves people's lives. TÜV SÜD remains committed to the purpose of enabling progress by protecting people, the environment, and assets from technology related risks. By anticipating technological developments and facilitating change, they inspire trust, and complement WoHo's goal to create progress in the world. They would also guide us through our BREEAM certification process.

WoHo Off-site production in full swing
We are powering through production at our WoHo factory for upcoming projects. Our off-site construction and assembly method motivates us to keep up with deadlines quicker and always be one step ahead of schedules. This prefabrication strategy allows us to be unhindered by on-site delays.
WoHo systems with Amazon in Barcelona
Antón Garcia-Abril presents the development and vision of WoHo Systems at the Amazon Ads event at Barcelona on 01 March 2023. Architects Anton Garcia-Abril of MIT and Debora Mesa of Georgia Tech have joined together on a startup called WoHo (short for "World Home") that's trying to rethink how to construct a modern building by creating more flexible "components" that can be connected together to create a structure.

WoHo embracing Offsite tech and unhindered by Onsite delays.
WoHo continues with production of parts at our factory in full swing. While on-site works often get delayed due to logistic and bureaucratic processes, our off-site methods of fabrication allow us to always stay ahead of schedule and reduce construction time and costs.
WoHo systems improved by CEMEX Products
WoHo and CEMEX Spain collaborate to reduce carbon footprint during construction processes. CEMEX has worked hand in hand with WoHo to design a special formula "WoHo Evolution" that matches Woho's ecological and aesthetic requirements. We are happy to announce that WoHo has a new Partner, WIP Industrial Automation. WIP is a company specialized in automation for industrial processes that counts with more than 21 years of experience in the automotive and construction sectors developing tailor-made projects. WIP will lead WoHo´s automation strategy, integrating robotics and machine vision in the fabrication process of our components.
