ECOLOGY

WoHo e-Building is designed for clean electrical network usage, carbon neutral, and enhanced conditioning of all interior spaces.

ENERGY

The building is equipped with PV panels and batteries, a geothermal field, a cooling tower with an electric boiler, and a central ventilation unit. A heat pump and a hot water storage tank serve each home independently.

EFFICIENCY

WoHo e-Building minimizes carbon emissions by using low-carbon high-performance concrete, CLT panels, and low-energy consuming MEP systems.
